helpful staff thoughtful service nespresso machine
the staff was really helpful. one staff member assisted with carrying suitcases upstairs. the breakfast service was very thoughtful. a nespresso machine was available in the room.
i stayed in the cottage. a bright fire exit light meant the room had some light all night. the internet works intermittently. the room was small.

the staff were very attentive to every need. the two ladies during breakfasts and the young gentleman behind the bar delivered great service. fantastic attention to detail was obvious.

i requested no sesame seeds during dinner and the waiter informed me that the chicken seasoning had sesame oil. the food was fabulous with tender steaks cooked to perfection. breakfast options were happily altered on request.

such a friendly inn!
special staff cooked steak
the staff i met here. they catered to every request i had. i asked for the fire to be on, and they turned it on in the morning! the food, well it was fabulous, i had steak that was tender and perfectly cooked.
room 6 had issues, it was quite muggy. ventilation in the shower room seemed ineffective. dirty carpet were a further annoyances.

i appreciated the location. there was lovely countryside for walking near the pub. the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious enough.
the wifi wasn't available in the room, i was disappointed. the room needed a little updating, like a fresh coat of paint.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was both excellent and substantial. My wife and I enjoyed two excellent nights of sleep. The room was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed.
The room was slightly cramped, but manageable.
